License & Rights Reservation

This page governs the intellectual-property rights attached to the Alienzone digital artworks, NFT collections, and associated metadata (collectively, the “Works”), including but not limited to:

• Alienzone Raiders — ERC-1155 contract 0xcd648b43cc68a9b702fa30387c4860d1e5e54d66 (Arbitrum)
• Alienzone888 / ALIEN — contract 0x10d2baeb37A4079fc62cc716B08e2452936424B1 (Arbitrum)
• Any future collections issued under the Alienzone brand.

1. Copyright & ownership

All images, character designs, lore, names, metadata text, and associated creative expression in the Works are © Alienzone. All rights reserved. No license — express or implied — is granted except as explicitly stated below.

2. Holder rights (personal display only)

Ownership of a Work as an NFT grants the holder a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Display the Work in personal profile pictures, wallets, digital galleries, and non-commercial social-media contexts;
• Resell the underlying NFT on compliant marketplaces.

This license does not include any right to:

• Produce merchandise, prints, derivatives, or commercial reproductions;
• Use the Work or any recognizable portion thereof in advertising or branding;
• Create derivative works (remixes, edits, animations, 3D models, etc.);
• Use the Work as input to, training data for, or output of any AI/ML system.

3. AI training & text-and-data-mining — express opt-out

Alienzone expressly prohibits and opts out of any text-and-data- mining (TDM), artificial-intelligence training, model fine-tuning, embedding, vector-indexing, generative reproduction, or algorithmic inference based on the Works.

This opt-out is asserted pursuant to, and under the protection of:

• Article 4 of EU Directive 2019/790 (Digital Single Market Directive) — explicit reservation of rights against TDM by commercial actors;
• The EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689), Article 53 — obligations on general-purpose AI model providers to respect rights reservations;
• United States Copyright Act (17 U.S.C.) — protection against unauthorized reproduction, including statutory damages under § 504;
• UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 — TDM exception limited to non-commercial research only.

Machine-readable declarations of this opt-out are present on all Alienzone-controlled endpoints:

• robots.txt at https://www.alienzone.io/robots.txt and https://assets.alienzone.io/robots.txt;
• HTTP response header: X-Robots-Tag: noai, noimageai, noindex;
• HTTP response header: TDM-Reservation: 1;
• Token-level license and rights fields in NFT metadata JSON.

4. No implied license by marketplace listing

Listing of Works on NFT marketplaces (OpenSea, Magic Eden, Blur, LooksRare, X2Y2, and others) grants those platforms only the minimal license necessary to display and facilitate sale of the NFT token. It does not grant any license to use the Works for AI training, TDM, promotional reproduction, licensing to third parties, or dataset inclusion.

5. Enforcement

Alienzone actively monitors for unauthorized use and reserves all remedies available under applicable law, including injunctive relief and monetary damages (including statutory damages where available). Good-faith DMCA and equivalent takedown requests will be submitted against violators.
