Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, games, and related services operated by Alienzone (“Alienzone”, “we”, “us” or “our”), including alienzone.io, app.alienzone.io, and any associated applications or sub-domains (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account. If you are under the age of majority, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Accounts and wallets

Some features require that you create an account or connect a self-custodial wallet. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, seed phrase, and private keys. Alienzone has no ability to recover lost wallets or seed phrases. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

3. In-game items, tokens, and NFTs

The Service may involve digital items, fungible tokens, and non-fungible tokens (“NFTs”). Unless explicitly stated, purchasing or earning a digital item grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable license to use that item within the Service. You do not acquire any ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Blockchain transactions are irreversible and we cannot refund them.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including artwork, character designs, music, logos, source code, and text — is owned by Alienzone or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content.

5. Prohibited uses — AI training and scraping

You may not use any content on the Service (including but not limited to artwork, character images, text, audio, video, or source code) to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any artificial-intelligence, machine- learning, or large-language model, nor to include such content in any AI training dataset, whether commercial or non-commercial. This prohibition applies regardless of whether our robots.txt or machine-readable signals are technically honored, and it extends to any automated scraping, crawling, or bulk downloading of content for the purpose of training or building AI systems. You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting, you grant Alienzone a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty- free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, and display such content solely to operate and promote the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights in the content you submit.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALIENZONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TOKENS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
